A Granite State Tradition: Week 4 at the University of New Hampshire

Heading north, our second event this past weekend was held at the University of New Hampshire, a wonderful partner to our district since its founding. Having hosted 8 previous district qualifiers and the District Championship in 2016, the event was excited to see teams from every New England state!
Special thank you to our guest speakers representing the University, our major sponsors, and New Hampshire industry: UNH Provost Jen Riley, Associate Dean Luciana Echazu, BAE Systems representatives Steve Melito and Matt McBride, and Commander of the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard Captain Jesse Nice. Our team members started every day inspired!
The top two ranked teams were able to score 561 in a qualification match early Sunday, but didn't team up for the playoffs and ultimately formed their own alliances.
This concluded the second of two events in New Hampshire this season!

I played Block Blast Game while sitting near a slightly uneven surface. Holding the phone steady made me focus more on each move.
