FIRST in Maine

With more almost 60 teams entering the 2024–25 season, Maine brings FIRST to the absolute northeast corner of the country. FLL Explore and FLL Challenge are in full swing every fall, FTC teams are able to compete by hopping over the border to New Hampshire, and FRC kicks off during the cold winter months. Warm up with the Summer Heat FRC off-season event every July!

Join in the fun! NE FIRST events are open to the public.

A typical competition starts with teams arriving, getting set up, and practicing before they participate in matches that determine their qualification ranking.  Events will include an opening ceremony each morning, a lunch break (concessions available!) and a concluding awards ceremony! When you arrive, look for the info desk to find the day's schedule or a map of where teams from near you are set up. Questions? Email the contacts on this page!

For almost a decade, The Bucks' Wrath has worked hard each year to build and improve their program to both compete at the highest level in the FIRST Robotics Competition and spread STEM education throughout their community.
