We ask that teams limit how far in advance they signup, and cancel their sessions if needed at least 24 hours in advance or earlier to allow other teams to fill the spot, especially during busy and peak practice time.

Depending on the year/game, we may as teams to bring game pieces that are highly likely to be damaged (notes, algae as examples) but generally game objects are available.  

We will have real game elements when it is critical to team performance/success, and manufactured ones when that won't affect performance feedback.
