Two person-events certainly seems reasonable; much more might make my life difficult, unless a larger team donated some volunteer credits our way.

Typically they come in at a lower cost. Originally they were all bag-and-tag as well, but that is no longer a defining factor.

We are not really sure what the international plan is at this point. We would certainly welcome them if we are able to invite them.
